Meet the Team
Terri F., DA, Radiographer has been in the dental field for over 40 years. She started her career as a dental assistant forDr. William Bricker in 1974. Since that time, she has increased her skills to include becoming a dental assistant radiographer as well as being able to help with any task in the dental office.
When asked what her favorite thing about working in the dental field, her response was with hesitation... she didn't want to pick just one thing. If she had to pick, it would be getting to know the people of the community so well. There is rarely a patient that comes in that Terri does not know. She is a kind friendly face that everyone recognizes.
Terri loves this community and her investment in the dental field, it is hard for her to imagine retiring. Future plans hopefully include traveling with her husband, Steve and spending time with family.
Her family all lives here in this community. Her son Colby is an IT Manager/Engineer at Paragon our local glass factory. Colby's wife, Audrey, recently opened a salon here in town called 'Small Town Bliss' and they have a loving daughter, Aria. Her other son Zac is also known as " Mr. Feasby" because he teaches Science/History at Antwerp Local Schools. He is married to Jerika, an Occupational
therapy assistant, who has three wonderful children, Owen, Olivia, and Austin. Zac and Jerika are also coaches at Antwerp Local Schools.

Gretchen was an adjunct dental hygiene/dental asissting factuly for one and a half years before she realized that it was too far from her family to continue, so she refocused her passion back into private practice. Gretchen has focused all of her attention into dental hygiene here at Sarah J Mowery, DDS, Family Dentistry.
Gretchen is a life-long Paulding County resident. She currently lives with her husband, Sean, and three children a mile and a half down the road from where she grew up. Her children attend Paulding schools; her alma mater where she graduated in 1993. Family-oriented, small community living is defintely Gretchen's preference.
She loves to read, swim, and play in the snow... country living!
As for her dental hygiene career, her favorite thing about detnistry is "helping patients improve their lives!" That is exactly what she has been doing for nearly two decades. Gretchen is also active in her dental hygiene organizations on the local, state, and national levels. She is a past President of the Ohio Dental Hygienists' Association (ODHA) and in 2008, she was awarded the ODHA Outstanding Service Award for her dedication to the improvement of Dental Hygiene continuing education standards.
Shannon P., DA, Radiographer began her career in the dental field in 2001 as a hygiene assistant for Dr. William Bricker, Inc. She grew in her career to become a dental assistant for Dr. Bricker, then later under Dr. Mowery she received her dental radiographer's license. Shannon is very skilled at patient comfort during their dental treatment.
